
The advent of artificial intelligence systems has given rise to problem-solving and data processing mechanisms that, at times, surpass the efficiency of the human mind or that of other recognized animals. Nonetheless, significant distinctions exist between artificial and natural intelligence. This course explores the similarities and noteworthy differences in the information processing approaches of living beings and machines. Despite these disparities, artificial intelligence continues to advance, introducing enhancements (alongside risks) in our daily lives. These advancements can be leveraged for the benefit of society, creating opportunities for specialized professionals to harness their use for professional development.
